IATA’s library counts with a book collection that includes general interest topics and also very specific topics related to Food Science and Technology. IATA also counts with an archive and electronic access to the most important scientific journals. The scientific documentation service guides our researchers to exploit the available resources and conducts our own scientific production monitoring.
