Our colleague Elvira Costell, who worked at IATA until her retirement in 2013, is the protegonist of a new mural for the 'Dones de Ciència' project, made by the artist Btoy and which is located in the CEIP San Juan de Ribera de Burjassot. This project aims to make visible and pay tribute to scientists of national and international reference.
Doctor in Chemical Sciences from the University of Valencia (1979), Elvira Costell was a CSIC Research Professor working at IATA, where she directed the group of Physical and Sensory Properties of Food until 2013.
